Download and fill out the attached RMA form and submit the form to our Support team using one of the following methods:

If an email is received outside of the hours of 8am-5pm EDT or during Saturday or Sunday, it will be replied to on the next business day. Please note that emails will automatically create a support request for you in our system.
Using the Online Support Portal
You do not need to sign in to submit a request (even if you have an account), but it is recommended that you do create or activate an already existing account. Doing so will allow you to view, update and manage all of your support requests through the online support portal.
When you click on sign in, you get a popup window as shown below.
1 - If you have never contacted ML before, click on Sign up next to "New to Mountain Leverage?" at the bottom left.
2 - If you have ever emailed us before, click on Get a password next to "Have you emailed us?" at the bottom left.
