Download and fill out the attached RMA form and submit the form to the ML Support Team using one of the following methods:
1. Email - firstname.lastname@example.org
If an email is received outside of the hours of 8am-5pm ET or during Saturday or Sunday, it will be replied to on the next business day. Please note that emails will automatically create a support request for you in our system.
2. Online - If you're logged in, click on "Submit a Request" in the upper right of the Support Portal.
