IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR RMAs

You must send back ONE device or headset per box, using the return label for that specific RMA number that was provided by Honeywell.

Honeywell will not accept multiple RMAs sent in one box using only one of your RMA labels.

If you wish to send back all devices and headsets in a single box you must ask Mountain Leverage to request a new label from Honeywell RMA that will allow this.

Going forward, customers who do not follow this process will risk being charged $65 per non-compliance by Honeywell.
